The provincial branch of a large-size state-owned bank was deployed with the CISCO RTX enterprise assistance platform. Through integration of CISCO RTX and CISCO UC (unified communication) system, a unified instant communication, audio, video and file sharing platform is created for the bank. The employees can communicate, share files and conduct multi-party conversations with other employees of various departments and branches of the bank via CISCO RTX platform at any time, hence substantially increasing the work efficiency. With the deployment of CISCO RTX and CISCO UC system, the bank offers the employees a more convenient communication mode and hence brings greater convenience to their information sharing and communication, enhances the bank's work efficiency and save its operating costs.
