Guangzhou Xinhua Times Data System Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Xinhua Times) was incorporated in May 1999. It is a nationally certified hi-tech enterprise and a nationally certified Class 2 system integration enterprise and the company also obtained the “Double soft” certification. In 2013, the Company successfully obtained ISO9001 certification.

 

Xinhua Times is dedicated to providing customized IT solutions and highly-efficient IT automation services to high-end clients in the financial and manufacturing sectors. Customization and high efficiency are the two features of business of Xinhua Times.

 

We refer to the products and solutions of IT suppliers as IT supplier standard solutions. Our customized IT solutions are formulated according to customer needs and on the basis of standard solutions of IT suppliers, which integrate the strengths of various IT suppliers to offer optimal combinations that are the most suitable for the clients.

 

We have adopted highly efficient additional service tools to enhance our standard IT services, including improving the implementation and inspection efficiency of our standard services, accelerating the closed-loop management frequency of our standard services from planning, design, implementation, operation and maintenance to re-optimization and the accurate execution of our standard services. We have successfully developed highly efficient software tools in the sector of network services and we will continue to implement them in various special sectors of IT services.

 

Our main clients in the financial sector include the People’s Bank of China, Bank of China, Agricultural Bank of China, Bank of Communications, China UnionPay, Shanghai Pudong Development Bank, CPIC, Guangdong Development Bank, Bohai Bank, Nanjing Bank, Huaxing Bank and various local rural credit cooperatives and city commercial banks. Our main clients in the manufacturing sector include the domestic and overseas branches and subsidiaries of CNPC, Sinopec, China Tobacco and Western Digital Corp.

 

We are an independent software supplier (ISV) of IBM and a gold agent of CISCO, H3C, Huawei and Maipu. We have a multitude of highly experienced technical personnel, including senior technicians with more than 10 years of operation and maintenance experience. We have over 30 CCIE-certified (or equivalent certifications) employees in the network sector, more than 10 ITIL-certified engineers with over 5 years of experience in the sector of network administration and 20 project managers certified by the Ministry of Information Industry in the sector of project management. Our headquarters is in Guangzhou and we have branches and subsidiaries in Beijing, Shanghai,  Xi'an, Tianjin, Shijiazhuang, Nanjing, Hangzhou, Hefei,  Shenzhen，Ningbo,Haikou. They constitute our nationwide service network for our clients.
