Case Study

Flow management project of a large-size state-owned bank

In 2009, the IT Department of a large-size bank planned to establish a standard flow-based operating platform to improve its operation and maintenance level and service quality with the continuous expansion of the bank.

IBM TSRM (maximo) was adopted as the national integrated network operation and maintenance management system of the bank. Based on the bank's existing operating guidelines and procedures, we managed to realize the procedure-based management of events, issues, modifications, configurations and tasks of the bank through preliminary interviews, demand analysis, design, development and implementation, pilot test, online operation and optimization.
