Project background

The network of the provincial branch of a large-size state-owned bank plays a pivotal role in the production system because it acts as a bridge between the province-wide outlets and the host system of the headquarters' data center. Scope of services

1. Fast network spare part replacement and support services

Our spare part support services rely on CISCO's nationwide spare part stocks and we have obtained CISCO's warranties on the availability of such spare parts. Moreover, we have also established a spare part warehouse where the client is located.

2. Network evaluation services

Utilize professional tools to collect and analyze the current running data of the network and hence identify possible risks in client's network.

3. Regular network patrol inspection services

We provide network patrol inspection services on a quarterly basis according to the structure and configuration of client's WAN, the stability of WAN links, the structure and configuration of LAN, the running conditions of network equipment and the security of network.

4. Field support services

We provide 7x24h remote support services and also field support services upon network modification and troubleshooting. We have a well-established background support system and service procedures. Upon receipt of any system failure report, we will prepare the emergency response plan and dispatch our CISCO-certified senior network engineers for fault diagnosis and fast resolution.

5. Training and technical exchange services

We provide technical training to client's network maintenance personnel regularly and communicate with them on technical issues so as to improve their service level.
