Based on an understanding of a client’s development strategies, we can diagnose, analyze and evaluate the IT management conditions of the enterprises, propose perspective goals and strategies for client’s IT management and formulate the architectural design, model selection and implementation strategies for a client’s IT management.
IT consulting includes the following three aspects:
I. Diagnosis
Purpose: identify and assess system and procedural problems
Activities:
Meet management personnel and employees;
Collect IT management system information;
Identify the problems according to the information acquired.

II. Analysis
Purpose: analyze the problems and the causes and identify a feasible solution;
Activities:
Input the list of problems identified during diagnosis
Analyze the problems and the causes
Identify project demands
Determine solutions
Deliverables: state the existing problems in the “signal lamp scoring” mode.
III. Realization
Purpose: manage and achieve the proposals
Activities:
Determine optimal proposals;
Integrate proposals into the management template;
Manage the process of implementation;
Deliverables: state the existing problems in the “signal lamp scoring” mode.
